These terms and conditions apply to the ShelfMate app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by SHELFMATE PTY LTD (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to the following terms. It is strongly recommended that you read and understand these terms before use. Unauthorized copying, modifying, or reverse engineering of the Application or its components is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.

The Service Provider may modify the Application or introduce charges at any time. Any applicable charges will be clearly communicated to you.

The Application processes personal data to deliver services. You are responsible for securing your device. The Service Provider discourages jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it may compromise functionality and security.

Certain functions of the Application require internet access. The Service Provider is not responsible for lack of performance due to connectivity issues or data limitations.

Using the Application over mobile networks may incur charges according to your provider’s terms. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for such charges, including roaming fees.

You are responsible for keeping your device charged. The Service Provider is not liable for service interruptions due to power loss.

While efforts are made to ensure accurate, up-to-date content, the Service Provider relies on third parties and cannot guarantee the reliability of all information. No liability is accepted for any loss caused by reliance on the Application’s functionality.

Updates may be required to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee compatibility with all operating system versions. You agree to install updates when offered. The Application may be terminated at any time, ending your rights to use it.
