This privacy policy applies to the ShelfMate app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by SHELFMATE PTY LTD (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
- Pages you visit in the Application, and time/date/time spent
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise location data.
The Service Provider may contact you with important updates and marketing. For better functionality, they may request personally identifiable info (e.g., email, user ID, name), retained as described herein.
Third Party Access
Aggregated, anonymised data may be shared with external services to improve the Application. User data may be disclosed:
- To comply with legal obligations
- To protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using your device or app store processes.

The Application does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Parents and guardians should monitor use and instruct children not to provide personal info.
If you believe a child has submitted data, contact help@shelfmate.io. Consent for data processing must be given by users 16+ or by a parent/guardian.

The Service Provider safeguards your data with physical, electronic, and procedural protections.
